Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

o Supervise and manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across channels (social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, content marketing). 
o Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
o Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
o Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
o Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
o Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
o Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
o Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
o Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
o Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
o Oversee content planning, scheduling, and publishing to maintain brand voice and consistency.
o Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.
o Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
o Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, data privacy, and digital regulations.

Job Requirements

o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
o Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
o Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
o Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
o Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
o Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
o Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and organization.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Able to work under pressure
