Responsible for continuous development of Mazda operation standards & protocols to ensure highest level of customer service for producing excellent feedback and customer satisfaction. Duties include overseeing customer facing personnel, training staff members to safeguard quality, grooming and company policies are followed. Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis. Inspecting all department with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development Coach, counsel and discipline all front line personnel according to Guidelines. Ensure staff greet and welcome all customer’s in accordance with Guidelines. Ensure implementation of all policies and house rules. Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all customer’s, external & internal personnel Inspect grooming and attire of staff; rectify any deficiencies. Constantly monitor staff performance in all phases of service and job functions Monitor the staffs' interaction with customer, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Complete an inspection of facility surroundings, public areas and restrooms daily and rectify deficiencies with respective departments Provide feedback to frontline staff on their performance. Handle disciplinary problems and counsel employees Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
Welcome all customers to the showroom. Understands the vehicle by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features. Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives. Responsible cleaning the car display in showroom to ensure all cars are clean. To identify prospects & opportunities for sales in assigned region To keep follow up with all clients and convert to hot/contract & delivery To close cooperate with other MFI/banks for supporting clients To transfer all amount of booking with accountant or administration To prepare and propose work plan/trip plan as daily/weekly/monthly basis Maintaining daily reporting structures and recording sale activity to the sale manager Build good relationships with customers for long business corporate.
