Key Responsibilities: Daily update report in Phnom Penh Stock to Management. Daily collecting sales data from head of each showroom and doing the report to direct line superior (Customer walk in, reach by call, reach by fb,appointment, test drive...) Daily verification PP stock with the actual booking and keep follow up sale team for the delivery date. Daily vehicle checking in morning with PDI Supervisor to make sure the vehilce is fine and ready to delivery or displaying in showroom, take a quick action if the problem has been found. Keep record all the vehicle has problem and doing the monthly report to Management. Keep update and recording customer data from customer booking & delivery (Key-in customer data by contract) Daily summary sales result to management in the evening. Checking and verify VIN & color between the actual and email from logistic team, if everything fine send the email to Management,finance, accounting and logistic team Work closely with PDI team to fully check on first vehicle inspection,if problem found will be inform to logistic/Stock Ordering team immedaitely. Request fill fuel on new stock car arrival. Update stock allocation in System in every movement (Porchentong, Meanchey,Roadshow….) Update progress in system when new stock car arrival. Daily confirmation customer delivery in system and push the vehicle to Accounting team, PDI team and Workshop Dept Select vehicle identification number (VIN) to sale team for delivery to customer. Monthly check the actual stock with finance team and verify with system. Request to logistic team to processing tax payment on vehicle delivery. Handover sale document to accounting team (Contract,DO,CCS,ID,warranty,check sheet,tax paper) Prepare monthly request cleaning & PDI to service accounting. Check and prepare payment number plate. Doing letter on sale reject loan and customer cancellation. Booking transportation for work operation. Control Letter Head, Envelop, Warranty Book, Gate Pass. Other works assigned by management.

That the technicians work bays are kept tidy when leaving work in the evenings That the Team Leader is testing cars in the stipulated time frame and not more. That staff are not smoking or using their smart phones on the premises. Ensure that the same supervision as points a – g are observed when visiting the other branches Hold regular tool audits in both branches to ensure that the technicians’ trolleys are always equipped with all the provided tools and to take disciplinary steps when tools go missing. Take ownership of staff and/or customer complaints and deal with them in a staff/customer friendly way. Address all staff and customers of the company with courtesy. Responsible for capturing high quality event content capturing fun, brand friendly moments both candid and on some occasions staged.
