Manage the full product lifecycle for Cellcard’s digital platforms — focusing mainly on websites and supporting mobile apps.

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to find opportunities for new or improved features.

Work closely with designers, developers, and the digital team during product development.

Collaborate with business teams to align product plans with overall company goals.

Set up and manage data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data into useful insights.

Oversee product development with a focus on user experience, system performance, and product quality.

Work with designers and developers to set technical needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Track product performance through metrics and customer feedback to improve features and grow platform usage.

Stay updated on industry trends and suggest new ideas and technologies to improve products.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or in a similar role for websites or mobile apps.

Good knowledge of web technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).

Experience working with Agile/Scrum and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.

Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with people at different levels.

Experience managing digital products for a large number of users.

Product Management certification is a plus.
