Digital Strategy manager oversees digital marketing strategy by working on big campaign ide-as that elevate Smart’s brand. This role calls for creative individuals who possess “tastes” and strategic oversight on growths.

This role requires an individual that can effectively manage multiple stakeholders, external agencies, production houses and KOLs/Influencers so formulate a successful execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ideation: 

  • Strategy creation and planning for driving the success of the business through digital platforms
  • Strategize and develop digital marketing plan as part of the overall go-to-market strategy

Measurement: 

  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns by analyzing social listening tools and translate data into insights and insights into strategic brand sentiment

Management: 

  • Effectively manage creative agencies and other production houses to ensure Grade-A content development, digital videos and TVC productions.

Point-of-Contact:

  • Manage the process of planning, execution and delivery to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and within scope to customer expectation of quality including monitoring and benchmarking of KPIs and performance measurement

Customer Experience: 

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

Partnership: 

  • Effectively use the existing and develop new digital partnerships to maximize Smart’s online presence and customer engagement

Big-Idea Campaign: 

  • Comfortable in planning and creating innovative ideas that drive brand engagement. 

Trend-setting: 

  • Identify trends and insights to leverage positive brand engagement by exploring and executing creative campaigns to position Smart and the leader in digital sphere
  • Review (stay up to date) new ways of advertising to keep Smart as the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Social Media Management:

  • Plan and create creative content to drive engagement on social media
  • Plan campaigns to drive brand/product awareness and positioning
  • Actively engage in social media to understand and engage conversations with the consumers for better insights on consumer’s opinion on the brand/products
  • Coordinate with Performance Marketing team to plan and allocate media budget for big campaign ideas  
  • Managing external agencies in performance based on agreed strategy, performance, and KPIs. Perform necessary timely work review to seek better performance.  

Music: 

  • Develop & continue to manage all music related services (Pleng by Smart app) to assist growing Smart’s subscriber base, drive data usage & revenue
  • Product roadmap planning & release
  • Music: Content & Marketing – Grow Music content library via content acquisition partnership’s with artists, local and international content providers. Exclusive content marketing to drive acquisition and usage.
  • Concerts & events – to work with event team on Sponsored or own organized music events to increase Smart’s brand awareness lifestyle image

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree (preferred)

Working Experience:

  • 5-8 years in related field  

Specific Skills: 

  • Growth hacking strategies
  • Strategic partnership & Business operations, technical (preferred)
  • Experience in the music, content & entertainment industry preferred with strong understanding of core Telecommunication services.
  • Digital apps & services
  • Strong people and leadership skills 
  • Presentation & communication skills. Fluent in English
