● Plan, coordinate, and execute hotel events, promotions, and marketing activities from concept to completion.● Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event delivery and brand consistency.● Create engaging content and promotional materials for campaigns, social media, and guest communications.● Monitor event performance and marketing results, then recommend improvements to increase impact.● Support budget planning, vendor coordination, and timeline management for all assigned projects.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field.● Proven experience in event coordination, hotel marketing, or a similar hospitality role.● Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with attention to detail.● Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging promotional ideas and content.● Comfortable working with vendors, internal teams, and guest-facing initiatives.● Proficiency in MS Office and common digital marketing or social media tools.● Able to work in Phnom Penh and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
