Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for non-mall retail stores
  • Align marketing plans with business goals and sales targets
  • Plan campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities                                                                                                            

2. Campaign Management

  • Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (in-store, digital, social media, offline)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
  • Coordinate promotional events and product launches                                                                                                          

3. Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand image across all non-mall locations
  • Manage branding materials, signage, and in-store communication
  • Strengthen brand awareness and positioning in the market                                                                                         

4. Sales Support & Growth

  • Work closely with operations teams to increase store traffic and sales
  • Support pricing, promotions, and discount strategies
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends                                                                                                                   

5. Customer Engagement

  • Develop initiatives to attract and retain customers
  • Plan loyalty programs and customer experience campaigns
  • Manage customer feedback and improve satisfaction                                                                                                     

6. Digital Marketing & Communication

  • Oversee online marketing channels (Facebook, TikTok, website, etc.)
  • Manage content strategy, advertising, and social media campaigns
  • Monitor digital engagement and conversion rates                                                                                                                   

7. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research
  • Identify trends and opportunities in retail and FMCG markets
  • Use data insights to improve marketing effectiveness                                                                                                            

8. Budget & Performance Management

  • Plan and control marketing budgets
  • Track ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and KPIs                                                                                                                 

9. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with operations, merchandising, and suppliers
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners
  • Support new store openings and expansion projects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing (retail/FMCG preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of digital and offline marketing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
  • Experience managing campaigns and budgets
