1. Sales Performance

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Promote products and services to customers
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or sales (FMCG preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
