Job Summary
A field-focused sales and promotion role supporting product trials, farmer engagement, and seasonal marketing activities across provinces. You will help drive product adoption through demos, relationship building, and close coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
● Travel to fields to conduct product demonstrations and trials with farmers and key accounts.
● Plan, execute, and monitor demo activities for company staff, tracking results and outcomes.
● Support seasonal promotion plans and follow up on implementation to improve market coverage.
● Identify promising AI tools or new technologies that may be suitable for local market use.
● Test new products annually and report findings and recommendations to management.
● Maintain strong relationships with key farmers and depots in each assigned province.
● Design suitable pesticide mixture combinations for key areas based on field needs.
● Perform other related duties assigned by managers to support business growth.

● Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field.
● At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, field promotion, or agribusiness.
● Willing and available to travel to provinces and work in the field for extended periods.
● Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
● Able to work under pressure, self-disciplined, and committed 
● Valid driving license class B is required.
