Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Having experience in making Pizza is an advantage (Doing Italian Pizza products)
Have experience in managing and coordinating human resources
Have experience in food quality management
Manage the team's work schedule.
Control of goods.
Experience in managing operating costs: labor costs, raw material costs, utility costs, profit and loss report analysis, food loss.
Ability to train and plan training for the team
Food safety control
Daily report.
Have experience working with other departments.
Can work rotating shifts
Ability to build operating procedures for restaurants
Need to report to the direct manager all related issues in work and responsibilities
Support other requests from restaurant management
Good leadership and organizational skills
English: Good communication ability
Basic computer skills (work, excel...)
Have experience using software to manage work hours, purchases, inventory, ...

Job Requirements

English: Advanced level in speaking and writing;
At least 03-year experiences in the food assistant manager position or assisting in F&B field at an international industry;
Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills;
Being independent, proactive, patient, high responsibility, and willing to work under high pressure;
Commit to the goals of leading restaurant team in order to expand company business;
Understanding COGS management is a plus
Able to training oversea for 6 months
