Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the inventory status of sales representatives to gather data for effective inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demands promptly.
• Plan production processes to fulfill customer orders and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth, continuous, and efficient production aligned with the production plan.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including affiliated companies and government agencies.
• Monitor and inspect inventory and raw material turnover to ensure appropriate stock levels without impacting costs.
• Prepare and present annual budget reports, as well as propose project budgets to supervisors to optimize budget utilization.
• Establish plans, conduct meetings, assign tasks, and coordinate inventory management to ensure proper stock circulation in line with organizational changes.
• Lead meetings, set guidelines, track progress, provide guidance, and evaluate subordinates’ performance to ensure work execution aligns with approved plans, goals, quality standards, and budget while complying with international standards.
• Participate in the assessment of local and international suppliers.
• Comply with quality management systems and company-established protocols.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in the beverage manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing).
