Food Travel & Tea Culture Experience Ambassador

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for healthy tea culture, fine pastry creation, and cross-cultural flavor innovation — to build a unique tea & pastry lifestyle brand in Phnom Penh.

This is not a typical milk tea shop or a simple dessert store.
It is a creative laboratory where Eastern wellness philosophy + Cambodian taste preferences merge and evolve, developing meaningful products that can shape the lifestyle of young Cambodian consumers.

We hope you are someone who enjoys exploring why a certain flavor can touch people, someone curious about food culture, aesthetics, storytelling, and how product experience can connect people emotionally.

In this role, you will not be a basic operator following recipes.
You will become a creator, researcher, and future core leader of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and design tea drinks and pastries blending traditional Chinese wellness concepts with Cambodian local flavors

• Learn the fundamentals of Chinese herbal tea culture, traditional medicine principles (food & medicine homology), tea categories, and nutritional balance

• Experiment and test product flavor combinations, conduct blind-tasting sessions, collect feedback, and improve recipes

• Participate in the store-operation system setup: SOP documentation, quality consistency, hygiene control, inventory, and supply management

• Create culture-oriented content such as product stories, cultural interpretation, seasonal themes, and festival collaborations

• Engage in service experience, introduce the health philosophy behind the drinks and educate customers

• Assist in designing brand events (tasting events, cultural salon, workshop, collaboration projects)

• Contribute ideas for visual presentation and premium user experience

• Must speak Chinese (basic conversational level is fine)
• Strong interest in tea, desserts, wellness, or food culture
• Friendly personality with confidence in front of the camera
• Able to learn fast and willing to grow
• Open to travel to China for training
• Passionate about representing Cambodian culture in a new way
