A Operation Manager or General Manager (Casino) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a casino property. This can include managing staff, overseeing finances, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Job Requirements

- A bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in Hotel and Casino Management
- Good understanding and knowledge of Casino operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
- Prefer Cambodian Candidates
