Business & Operational Management
Supervise and monitor daily operations of all three MFit Shops.
Ensure each branch follows company SOPs and operational standards.
Develop action plans to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure smooth coordination between Head Office and branches.
Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales trends and branch performance.
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
Lead promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
Review pricing and product performance regularly.
Monitor profitability and expenses.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Ensure effective cost control measures.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Approve expenditures within delegated authority.
Ensure accurate stock management and inventory practices.
Monitor stock turnover and prevent stock losses.
Conduct periodic inventory audits.
Ensure company assets are properly maintained and safeguarded.
Ensure high standards of customer service across all branches.
Address major customer complaints and resolve escalated issues.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels
Implement service improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail, distribution, or SME operations.
At least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple locations.
Manager experience — you have led a marketing or creative team before.
Proven results with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) in the Cambodian market.
Strong with numbers — you make decisions based on results, not just creative ideas.
Khmer (native) and working English.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Master’s Degree is an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage operations and team performance
strong communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Experience using retail management systems.
