  • Oversee the two existing healthcare companies and ensure they hit their financial and operational targets.
  • Work closely with the General Managers of these units to solve problems and improve performance.
  • Find ways for our healthcare companies to work together to save costs and share resources.
  • Research the market to find new opportunities in the healthcare sector in Cambodia.
  • Create business plans for these new ideas and lead the setup process from start to finish.
  • Look for partnerships with international healthcare brands that want to enter Cambodia.
  • Give clear, regular updates to the Group Chairman on how the healthcare division is performing.
  • Make sure all our healthcare businesses follow local laws and medical regulations.
  • Represent the Group when meeting with government officials or major business partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a similar field.
  • Experience at least 8 years of experience in business, with a significant portion of that time spent in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Business Skills related to budgets plan, profit and loss, and how to scale a company.
  • Startup Mindset with comfortable building a new business from the ground up, not just managing what already exists.
  • Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with both medical staff and high-level executives.
