The General Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the Busing Project under BS Transportation & Trading Co., Ltd. This role oversees all strategic, operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the project to ensure sustainable growth, high service quality, and profitability. The General Manager will set vision and direction, manage cross-functional teams, and report directly to the company’s top executive leadership.
•Provide overall leadership for the Busing Project, including planning, execution, financial oversight, and performance management.
•Develop and implement business strategies to grow market share, optimize routes, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
•Supervise all departments involved in the project: Operations, HR, Finance, Maintenance, Compliance, Customer Service, and IT.
•Ensure compliance with national and local transportation laws, labor regulations, and safety standards.
•Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to meet profit targets.
•Analyze KPIs and operational data to inform decisions and solve problems.
•Build and maintain partnerships with government authorities, suppliers, and key clients.
•Lead executive meetings, present project performance, and make data-driven decisions.
•Recruit, develop, and mentor department heads and key managers.
•Promote a strong organizational culture focused on safety, integrity, and service excellence.
