  1. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of VFC facility.
  2. involves managing staff, ensuring the safety and maintenance of equipment, and developing strategies to increase membership and retention.
  3. Additionally, the Recreation Manager handles customer service issues, coordinates fitness programs, and maintains the financial health of the gym.
  4. Monitor membership sales and retention.
  5. Maintain financial records and budget.
  6. Achieving Monthly PT Revenue
  7. Development for Team Skill Set.
  8. Attendance and punctuality.
  9. PT documentation complete on time.
  10. Support and couching PT Team.

Job Requirements

  • Years of related experience Minimum 5 years
  • Advanced fitness knowledge
  • Very good local and English language skills.
  • Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Well communication skill.
  • Management skill or experience.
  • Good health, physically fit. Excellent personal grooming & personal presentation.
  • Positive, go-getter attitude
