Job Description

1. General Duties:

  • Act as the company’s representative for the branch under your management.
  • Communicate with local authorities or relevant officials regarding any issues that arise within your branch.

2. Management Duties:

  • Ensure all subordinates attend work on time and maintain proper discipline.
  • Evaluate employee performance at the branch in a timely and fair manner, and ensure the confidentiality and security of all evaluation documents.
  • Ensure all branch assets are in good condition, including vehicle management.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the head office and other agencies as instructed by the company.
  • Approve employee leave based on your level of authority.
  • Participate in the recruitment of new employees.
  • Provide guidance on mistakes or acknowledge staff achievements verbally or in writing, and report to the HR Department and Deputy General Director.

3. Operational Duties:

  • Organize branch activities, lead and implement warehouse and parcel operations effectively.
  • Support, monitor, and evaluate employees both in the office and in field operations.
  • Manage inventory.

4. Finance and Accounting:

  • Sign daily income and expense records.
  • Manage and review financial reports, cash flow, and payment reports.

5. Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit operational and financial reports to the head office.
  • Daily reporting on vehicle departures and fleet management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance, Business Management, Commerce, or other related fields.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum age of 24 years old.
