JOB PURPOSE / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Business Development & Growth: 

  • Develop and execute the corporate solution strategy.
  • Drive growth through corporate clients, employee benefits programs, affiliate partner, SMEs, Bank, MFIs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Achieve channel sales, profitability, and business growth targets. 

2. Corporate & Partnership Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CEOs, business owners, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop partnerships with corporates, financial institutions, associations, and affinity groups.
  • Lead business negotiations, proposals, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure strong partner engagement and retention. 

3. Channel Performance Management:

  • Establish and monitor channel KPIs and business plans.
  • Manage sales pipeline, productivity, and portfolio performance.
  • Analyze business results and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management. 

4. Operations & Governance:

  • Ensure effective administration and servicing of channel business.
  • Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver excellent customer and partner experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage operational risks and governance matters. 

5. Leadership & People Management:

  • Lead, develop, and coach the Corporate Solution team.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and execution.
  • Drive talent development and succession planning within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Insurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience as corporate sales, employee benefits (HR), insurance, partnership management.
  • Proven track record in business development and strategic partnership management.
  • Strong network with corporate leaders, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
