Job Summary
Senior leadership role responsible for directing property services strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in Phnom Penh. The role combines commercial leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight in a government-related environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead property services operations and align strategy with organizational goals and service standards.
● Develop business opportunities, build client relationships, and support revenue growth initiatives.
● Oversee service delivery, contracts, performance tracking, and continuous improvement across teams.
● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
● Prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations for senior management decision-making.
● Manage budgets, resources, and team performance to achieve operational and commercial targets.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Sales, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
● Proven experience at director level or similar senior leadership role.
● Strong background in business development, client management, and service operations.
● Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to analyze performance data, manage budgets, and make strategic decisions.
● High professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a government or formal environment.
● Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
