Investor Communication: Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy. Communicate the bank's financial performance, strategy, and outlook to investors and analysts.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and dissemination of financial reports, including quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and SERC filings and lenders.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor communications and disclosures.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the investor relations team. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or ACCA
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, with a strong track record of managing investor relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term investor relations strategies.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investor communications.
