Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Communication and deal with other FIs, lenders, investors.
Develop and maintain a regular program for contacting FIs, lenders, partners to support/build the relationship, and develop new business opportunities.
Review loan agreement and provide professional recommendation on terms & conditions.
Control and monitor debt to ensure on time repayment of interest and principal.
Daily monitor liquidity position, liquid assets to deposits and other key indicators.
Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole.
Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.
Monitor balance sheet for surplus or shortage liquidity and take actions.
Daily monitor Foreign Currency Position.
Manage Foreign Currencies Positions in accordance with policy limit.
Monthly monitor Sensitive Interest Rate Gap
Verify Financial Institution Application on Correspondent Banks and Counterparties and propose an appropriate Credit Limit for approval.
Keeps a ‘health’ watch on KB PRASAC BANK’s banks/counterparties
ALCO’s Secretary.
Perform other tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements

Master or Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field
More than 10+ years of progressively responsible treasury experience for a major financial company
Should have a thorough understanding of Treasury Management, Hedging, Investments, Bank Account Management, Financial Risk Management and International Funds Flows.
Good understanding of financial accounting principles and procedures.
Good understanding of Cambodian regulation, tax regulation and international best practice in banking and Microfinance sector
Excellent understanding of an affinity with the rural economy and bank, micro-finance issues. Morality, prudence and working discipline.
Strong proficiency in English communication, including speaking, writing, and listening skills.
Possesses solid computer literacy, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Access, ect.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills.
High personal integrity, morality and able to work under pressure.
Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
