Position          : Digital Marketing Director

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the hospital’s digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, attract patients, and support business growth. The role oversees all digital channels including website, social media, online advertising, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns to promote healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the hospital’s business objectives.
  • Manage all digital channels including website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Plan and oversee digital campaigns to promote hospital services, health programs, and medical specialists.
  • Monitor and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and website traffic.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Manage and oversee the hospital’s online reputation and patient engagement across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with medical departments to promote healthcare services and health awareness campaigns.
  • Supervise digital marketing staff, external agencies, and content creators.
  • Ensure all digital content complies with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns and marketing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Khmer language is an advantage.
