Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and manage GT and MT Sales Managers to achieve total sales targets.
  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans by channel and region.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and execution discipline across GT and MT.
  • Conduct regular weekly and monthly sales performance reviews.
  • Ensure balanced growth between GT and MT in terms of volume, coverage, and margin.
  • Oversee GT coverage, route efficiency, distributor performance, and productivity.
  • Manage MT sell-out performance, promotions, contracts, and margin control.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate sales leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on product launches, campaigns, and trade programs.
  • Work with Finance on pricing, margin management, and collections.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and launch readiness.
  • Identify sales risks and recommend corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and sales governance standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales experience, including GT and MT management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large sales teams.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Khmer.
