Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

o Direct report to GM/COO.
o Prepare and submit production order to Mgt.
o Consolidate weekly report to Mgt and MC.
o Keep monitor and arrange the vehicle stock with logistic team for upcoming stock, tax paper request and vehicle from Kerry.
o Assist on Mkt channel with Mkt team.
o Control showroom operation, and Sales operation.
o Sales and Production forecasting
o Manage sales team performance and evaluation
o Training, coaching, leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives
o Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
o Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to sales staff
o Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Team
o Communicate all sales relations issues, concerns, and incidents to General Manager.
o Meet regularly with Sales team and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team
o Vehicle sale to achieve the sales target
o Vehicle delivery and product explanation
o Conduct Daily and Weekly sales meetings
o Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly report with ongoing deal potential customer report and send to General Manager
o Controlling NAV & Autoline System, make sure all sales team report into database/CRM
o Report market situation and competitor activities to the General Manager
o Build good relationship with customers for long business corporate
o Build up good brand image of the company and product in the market
o Report on market situation (Showroom customer feedback) once a week
o Prepare planning and strategy to develop sales business
o Coordinate and facilitate communication from Management to staff and staff to management
o Vehicle stock arrangement & management
o To conduct other jobs as assigned by direct line superior.

Job Requirements

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related fields, or holding master's degree is plus.
o Strong leadership and people-management skills: able to manage teams, coach/training staff, motivate them, set and achieve targets.
o Good business awareness: understanding of sales, inventory/dealership operations, after-sales/service (if relevant), business strategy.
o Problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
o Language & Communication: strong Khmer and good English — often both spoken and written.
o Computer literacy — MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
