An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Human Resources
  • Process recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Coordinate with head-hunters and other referral sources for talent acquisition
  • Facilitate on Recruitment Requisition Form for approval
  • Participate in the group meeting/ functional meetings as well the assigned meetings
  • Maintain HR databases, track employee attendance, and manage leave records
  • Create applicant pool: posting in free website, job announcement and ads
  • Prepare screening CVs, short-listed and sometimes prepare testing (writing, excel, typing)
  • Contact candidate for the interview schedule and prepare the staff ID card
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents
  • Collect staff information and prepare employee file
  • Support performance evaluations and training programs
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
  • Support in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
  1. Administration
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory
  • Coordinate with suppliers for office maintenance, repairs, and procurement needs
  • Oversee office cleanliness, security, and facility management
  • Support arrangement of company meetings, training sessions, and staff travel (booking, accommodation, etc.)
  • Prepare administrative letters, memos, and general correspondence
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for both HR and Admin records
  • Assist in renewal of company licenses, insurance, and contracts
  • Handle reception and general office communication when necessary
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff
  • Oversee office cleanliness GM and HOD commercial room make sure clean and have enough water
  • Help to monitor implementation of work place for healthy and safety
  • Facilitate Labor inspection from MLVT
  • Help with effectively Implement discipline policy
  • Arrange transportation for GM and other booking
  • Well, prepare for meeting room and cleanliness
  • Prepare team building activities & other events
  • Other tasks assigned by HR /Admin Manager

Job Requirements

Years of Experience

: 2 - 4 year of experience in this career

Education

: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.

Computer’s program

: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language

: Good command of both written & spoken English

Personal Qualification

: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
