Job Description

  • Responsible for analysis and identification of issues/opportunities relating to the Human Resources field.
  • Manages the overall functions of Human Resources services; recruitment, remuneration and employee relations/engagement.
  • Monitoring recruitment process in sourcing Talent, shortlisting, conducting interview by coordinating with concerned section head and counseling managers/management upon candidate selection
  • Updating past and current employment information, training and transfer records of all employees.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and providing clarification to employee for clear understanding.
  • Perform weekly, monthly KPI’s report to align with company requirement
  • Involves the performance evaluating of security services in operation workplaces. 
  • Monitor the expiration and processing the extension of all related company licenses.
  • Complies with government requirements, advising management on needed actions
  • Responsible to handle various risks related with human resources and environment, coordinate with other department head.
