Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.● Proven experience in HR management, preferably in trading, distribution, or import/export.● Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.● Good understanding of Cambodian labor law and HR compliance requirements.● Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work in Phnom Penh, Chamkar Mon, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
