  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law and company regulations.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Lead and supervise the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
  • Good command of English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
