Job SummaryLead the design and delivery of training programs that strengthen employee performance, support business goals, and build a learning culture across companies.Key Responsibilities● Develop and implement training plans aligned with company needs and growth goals.● Assess training needs across departments and identify skill gaps.● Design engaging onboarding, technical, and soft-skill learning programs.● Coordinate internal trainers, external vendors, and training F&B.● Track training effectiveness and report results to management.● Maintain training records, materials, and learning content updates.● Support performance improvement through coaching and follow-up actions.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.● Minimum 7 years of experience in training, learning & development.● Proven experience in training design, facilitation, and program coordination.● Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to assess training needs and translate them into practical solutions.● Good organizational skills and attention to detail.● Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LMS or training tools is a plus.● Experience in bakery or F&B is an advantage.● Strong leadership mindset with the ability to work across teams.
