An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and support operations position for Drivers, Delivery staff, and Warehouse Operators.
  • Coordinate with Operations hiring managers to understand headcount, shift needs, and job locations.
  • Source candidates, shortlist, schedule interviews, and follow up through offer and joining.
  • Screen candidates against role requirements (experience, availability, job readiness, required documents).
  • Maintain recruitment tracker/pipeline and provide timely status updates.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and support smooth candidate experience.
  • Ensure recruitment activities follow company HR policies and documentation requirements.
  • Onboarding & Training: Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure new hires understand company policies.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (preferably operations: drivers/delivery/warehouse) with high-volume hiring.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills; ability to match candidates to operational requirements.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, able to handle multiple open positions.
  • Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance process.
  • Comfortable working under tight timelines and supporting urgent hiring needs .
