A. Daily HSE Operations & Safety Monitoring (Delegated Items #01–#15)

• Maintain daily HSE logs and reporting, including Near-Miss, Accident/Incident, Toolbox meeting records, Spot-Check logs, and Violation tracking across all operational units.
• Monitor daily OBC/GPS safety reports, identify speed/driving rule violations, and follow up immediately with drivers on delivery-related risks.
• Review daily HSE performance across Oil & Gas Transport (OGT) operations and perform daily LH site and customer-entry compliance checks.
• Issue daily and weekly Safety Alerts to drivers covering safe driving, loading/unloading procedures, and Product Safety & Quality Management (PSWM) standards.

B. Compliance Tracking & Corrective Actions

• Track and update the weekly HSE Master Follow-Up Log to ensure all pending corrective and preventive actions are closed on time.
• Lead weekly spot-check compliance monitoring, analyze Stop Work Authority (SWA) and Near-Miss Analysis (NMA) reports, and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate weekly security-guard supervisor alignment meetings and support cross-department toolbox sessions.

C. Audits, Site Support & Training Assistance

• Assist in maintaining fire safety, alarm systems, and first-aid inspection records across sites.
• Support senior HSE management in collecting safety data for quarterly/annual customer audits (Chevron, TEMC, PPC).
• Participate in operational safety drills and assist with driver refresher training sessions as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE), Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of direct experience in HSE execution, ideally within transport, logistics, construction, or petroleum sectors.
• Solid understanding of transport safety protocols, OBC/GPS monitoring, and incident reporting.
• Strong detail orientation, proactive communication, and ability to enforce safety regulations assertively and professionally.
• Good command of Khmer and functional professional English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for safety logging and reporting.
