Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Manage daily inventory and spare parts operations for the Premium Bodyshop.

  • Check receiving, issuing, returning, and storing of parts.

  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock organization.

  • Monitor stock levels and follow up on parts orders and shortages.

  • Coordinate with Bodyshop, Purchasing, Suppliers, and other teams to ensure parts are available on time.

  • Conduct regular stock counts and investigate any discrepancies.

  • Prepare inventory reports and monitor slow-moving or aging stock.

  • Support and guide the inventory team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or automotive parts.

  • Experience in an automotive workshop/bodyshop is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of inventory and stock control.

  • Good Excel and inventory system skills.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Good English communication skills.
