Shipment and delivery coordination
Coordinate shipment handling, distribution follow-up, and delivery arrangements with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor shipment progress, delivery timelines, and logistics issues to ensure timely escalation and resolution.
Regulatory and customs compliance
Support the Senior Logistics Specialist to prepare, submit related tasks to CDC and TRC applications, permits, approvals, and supporting documentation.
Support and coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure import/export documentation complies with applicable requirements.
Documentation and reporting
Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, customs documents, shipment files, and logistics reports.
Prepare operational updates, status reports, and assigned analysis to support decision-making by the Logistics Manager.
Stakeholder coordination and issue resolution
Act as a coordination point between internal teams, government agencies, suppliers, brokers, and logistics service providers.
Support timely resolution of shipment, documentation, and compliance issues that could affect delivery or business continuity.

Job Requirements

Grade 12 qualification or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customs clearance, im-port/export operations, or a related field.
Additional certification in logistics, supply chain, customs clearance, or international trade is an advantage.
Knowledge of Cambodian import/export regulations, CDC processes, and TRC application requirements is an advantage.
Working English communication skills are preferred.
Experience working with government agencies, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, or logistics service providers is an advantage.
Experience handling CDC and TRC processes is preferred.
Knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms is preferred.
Experience in the telecommunications field is preferred.
Knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination.
Microsoft Excel, data tracking, and reporting skills.
Time management, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Knowledge of Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) application handling.
Knowledge of customs formalities, clearance procedures, and import/export documentation is a plus.
Knowledge of Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia (TRC) application processes is a plus.
Understanding of shipping documents, Incoterms, and logistics service provider coordination.
