Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

•Develop plans, strategies and implement sales on insurance policies plans to meet or exceed sales targets set by management and grow market segments.
•Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing insurance sales team, including sales leaders, agents, and regional managers.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, agents, brokers, Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC), and other stakeholders.

Manage alliances and vendor relationships related insurance policies.
•Identify new business opportunities and markets – offline, online, and other sale channels.
•Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
•Collaborate with underwriting and product development teams to align insurance products with market needs, claim procedure, and risk management.
•Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation with relevant departments.
•Host meetings and trainings to enhance team skills and knowledge.
•Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and standards.
•Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to management.

Job Requirements

•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the insurance industry.
•Extensive experience (2-5 years) in insurance sales.
•Ability to solve problems, strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
•Deep understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
•Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends of insurance policy.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, work collaboratively in dynamic environment.
•Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
•Language proficiency as required by the market (must be able to use English).
