Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive IT and ERP Engineer to manage and enhance the company’s digital infrastructure and business systems within the FMCG – Food Manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for maintaining secure IT operations, leading ERP and system implementations, and supporting cross-functional teams with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation, ensure system reliability, and collaborate across departments to optimize workflows and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and Secure IT Infrastructure: Ensure all networks, computers, devices, and security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control) are consistently operational, secure, and up to date.

• Manage and Optimize ERP & Business Systems: Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP and other digital platforms (e.g., HRMS, Distribution Management Systems, Accounting), ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

• Provide Technical Support and Training: Respond promptly to internal user issues, conduct training sessions, and develop user-friendly documentation to enhance system usage and efficiency.

• Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with process owners and cross-functional teams to identify business needs, improve workflows, and ensure seamless system integration.

• Drive Digital Innovation and Transformation: Research and recommend emerging technologies and digital solutions to improve business processes and productivity.

• Monitor System Performance and Data Backup: Ensure optimal system performance and security, and maintain a robust data backup strategy to support business continuity.

• Lead Projects and Coordinate with Suppliers: Plan and execute digital system projects, manage timelines, and liaise with external vendors to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, ERP systems, or digital transformation projects
• Proficient in troubleshooting networks, computers, printers, and digital/business systems
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., HRMS, CRM/DMS, Accounting, MRP)
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, DBMS) and programming languages (e.g., PHP, Laravel, Python)
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and Power Apps
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Windows Server, PC maintenance, and system integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams
• Excellent communication and training skills to support internal users
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and recommend improvements
• English proficiency at ISLPR Level 2 or higher in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
