Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in testing, training, and ongoing support for business process transformation initiatives. 
  • Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for process changes or system enhancements.
  • Develop, review, and maintain UAT test cases to ensure they reflect real business scenarios and requirements.
  • Engage with end-users and subject matter experts(SMEs) to execute testing activities.
  • Log, track, and escalate defects or gaps to IT/development teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Validate that solutions meet business requirements before go-live and provide post implementation support.
  • Support process automation, workflow improvements, and documentation of processes assigned by line manager
  • Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of transformation initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in business process automation, testing, or system improvement (preferably in banking/financial services).
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, UAT, and system implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functionalteams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-changing digital environment
