Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Assist in documenting the Bank’s IT audit and other internal controls.
Help develop audit programs for audit engagements and support team members.
Participate in audit execution, focusing on the risks and objectives identified in the designed audit program to address risk and control gaps.
Conduct audit testing, checks, and system walk-throughs using appropriate audit techniques and methodologies.
Prepare audit working papers related to identified risks and the scope of work.
Stay updated on changes in digital banking and information technology.
Take ownership and accountability for the internal audit of assigned areas, including IT, security, and project reviews.
Prepare a draft audit report during or after the audit execution and submit it to the line manager for review.
Ensure all audit documents are fully completed and properly filed after the audit engagement.
Support ongoing capacity building and monitor the Bank's business performance.
Complete other additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant experience in IT, MIS, IT security, networking, system administration, or IT audit is preferred; candidates with a strong IT foundation and willingness to develop in IT auditing may also be considered.
Basic understanding of computer networking, servers, virtualization, and network infrastructure devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as CISA, Cisco, ITIL, or ISO 27001 are preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including formulas and PivotTables.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English.
