  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the ERP system, ensuring it aligns with company goals and future growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ERP specialists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Oversee all ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, module implementations, and integrations with other business applications.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including user access, security performance monitoring and providing support.
  • Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of all data within the ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Manage relationships with ERP vendors and third-party consultants, overseeing contracts, service level agreements, and support issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to ensure all end-users are proficient in using the ERP system.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience managing an ERP system & management role
  • Graduated Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant/specific field.
  • Expertise in ERP platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power App, Power Bl is a plus Experience in software development and database design by using OOP, SDLC, Power BI.
  • Excellent supervisory, problem solving and time management skills
