Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer to build, maintain, and improve scalable web applications for our Phnom Penh team. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain Laravel-based web applications and APIs.
● Translate business requirements into clean, secure, and scalable technical solutions.
● Write efficient code, optimize application performance, and resolve defects promptly.
● Collaborate with designers, testers, and other developers throughout the delivery cycle.
● Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement efforts.
● Maintain technical documentation and support existing systems as needed.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
● Strong hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP development.
● Solid knowledge of MySQL, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Experience with version control tools such as Git.
● Ability to troubleshoot issues, write clean code, and follow best practices.
● Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience in a manager-level role or leading technical tasks is an advantage.
