Establish and oversee a risk-based IT governance monitoring and assurance plan.
Oversee NBC TCRMG compliance, remediation tracking, evidence quality, overdue actions, and escalation.
Review material IT risk, compliance, control, and regulatory findings and ensure appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate with Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, and relevant stakeholders on IT governance and regulatory matters.
Consolidate IT governance, risk, compliance, audit, regulatory, project, and service performance reports.
Coordinate IT governance readiness for internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
Monitor audit findings, management actions, remediation plans, and deadlines.
Provide governance oversight for significant technology investments, system acquisition, outsourcing, cloud services, and technology changes.
Report performance, material issues and decisions to the Head of IT Security and relevant committees.
Perform other tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree is advantageous in information technology, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, risk, audit, business administration or a related field.
At least 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in leadership or management.
Demonstrated experience in IT governance, technology risk, policy management, regulatory compliance, audit, service management or related banking technology functions.
Banking or regulated financial-sector experience is strongly preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CGEIT, CISA, CRISC, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, PMP or equivalent are desirable.
Strategic leadership and sound judgment.
IT governance, risk, and control knowledge.
Policy and standards management.
Executive communication and committee reporting.
Influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Good at English speaking, writing and listening.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation-skills.
Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
