Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Manage and control the Bank’s Business System including Card Management System, Core Banking System, Mobile Banking, Loan Origination System, Collection System and Power BI Reporting.
Collaborate with the related stakeholder for the Business System Design to ensure High Availability, Security, Scalability, Reliability and Performance.
Manage technical related to the Business System such as implementation, change request or enhancement and production issue troubleshooting or fixing.
Manage and Collaborate with the team for the system integration with the Business System.
Work with the vendor to implement the Business System projects following the Business Requirement
Manage and ensure the Business System implementation meets the Business Requirement, well performing and compliance with the AFS Group Policy, IT Security Policy and NBC Technology Risk.
Manage the Business System Environment configuration/ setup and maintaining including DEV/ SIT/ UAT/ Prod and DR
Manage on DRP exercise ensuring HA, DC, and DR environment are well performing and real time synchronization.
Lead the Business system team to implement, fix and maintain the Business System
Lead the Database team to support the Business System implementation and enhancement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
At least 5 years’ experience in Card Management System, Core Banking System, Loan Origination System, Collection System, Mobile Banking and Power BI Reporting.
Experience with VISA Card Scheme such as Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card
Experience with T24 Core Banking (Loan, Customer, Balance, Dealer etc)
Knowledge with Database Replication/Cluster: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Knowledge with Inhouse System Development
Knowledge of Linux Server Administration and network infrastructure
Willing to learn new technology
Confident negotiation and communication skills
Excellent time management
