Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • The prime responsibility is to manage, supervise the Digital Operation Center Unit and to provide 2nd level supports to the customer cares in terms of digital apps, web applications used across bank, websites, ATM/POS,CDM, Card transactions and S2Biz. Below are key responsibilities in details:
  • Supervise and manage Digital Operations Center unit with cost effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure 24/7 level 2 support shift is properly arranged.
  • Provide level 2 supports on Sathapana Mobile, Merchant App, DSA App, Websites, Digital Payroll, S2Biz, ATM/POS/CDM, Card Transaction, … etc.
  • Monitor critical systems and APIs to make sure connections are OK.
  • Frequently test critical apps and systems to make sure banking functions and services are working properly.
  • Work closely with all relevant units/departments across IT division in terms of issue escalation and get the issues fixed in timely manner.
  • Manage document library both hardcopy and softcopy.
  • Conduct quarterly user review on all systems within the scope.
  • Conduct quarterly review on all changes done in production.
  • Manage VA & Hardening within the scope.
  • Manage and ensure Audit/Risk/Items within the scope are 100% closed.
  • Manage and ensure all ITSM tickets are 100% assigned across DBS and are closed within the SLA.
  • Ensure Risk Control Security Assessment (RCSA) items are updated and closed as per the timeline.
  • Ensure test/stress test items are 100% closed.
  • Ensure all guidelines across all units are developed, properly managed, approved and filing.
  • Perform some other tasks assigned by head department or CTIO.

Job Requirements

  • At least 05 years of experience in related to technical support management
  • Good knowledge in Oracle database, PL/SQL query, Linux OS, … etc.
  • Good knowledge in Digital Banking Products/Services, both web-based applications and Mobile applications
  • Good knowledge in ATM/POS and Card system
  • Good communication skills and task/team management
  • Knowledge in ITSM, Jira or Redmine portal
  • Ability to learn new system quickly
  • Well communicated and writing in English
  • Good Management and leadership skill
  • Good team building skill
  • Coordination and facilitation skill
  • Conflict resolution skill is a plus
