Implement and improve customer account plan, customer pipeline, and client call report as key tools for productivity measurement. Manage and control strategically on customer portfolio & asset quality through the execution of “first line of defense” approach and enhancing good clients onboarding. Conduct credit and operational risk assessment as per outlined in credit poli and guidelines. Follow onboarding procedure as well as KYC process within the segment as per process and guidelines.

Promote Sathapana Bank’s products and services to clients at the target and remote areas to ensure that both banking services and products are successfully sold to potential clients Meet, discuss and assist potential clients in obtaining loan information, loan application and loan disbursement process with other related information which benefit them to ensure the effective customer service and service level agreement Discuss and give recommendation to client on the different type of loans and credit options as well as the terms and conditions of Sathapana Bank’s services and products Analyze clients’ assets including financial status, credit and property to assure that the evaluation and determination feasibility of granting loans are effectively executed followed the bank policy and other both internal and external regulatory Review and verify loan agreements to ensure that they are well organized, completed and accurate according to the policies and regulatory Build a very good relationship and keep in touch with both the existing and the newest potential clients Compute, review and update credit and loan files to ensure the payment schedule is accurately and effectively executed
