The merger was a strategic move taken by Dr. Han Chang-Woo as Maruhan Japan Bank was focusing on providing commercial banking products and services, aiming at expanding its operation nationwide, while Sathapana Limited with its strong track record and grassroots approach to the economic development of Cambodia was aiming to be a full-service commercial bank. Today, Sathapana Bank has a combined experience of more than two decades with over 170 branches across Cambodia and offers a wide range of banking and financial services for consumers, businesses, and SMEs for Everyday Banking Convenience.

• Drive sales, operation process and achieve targets of Banca Assurance through the bank branches • Conduct the sales distribution, performance management and improvement plan including process related insurance business products through banking channels • Assist the Banc Assurance team, sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client/salesforces calls if required • Engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff Ensure target achievement through the assigned partners • Provide a sales & service supports to partner employees and engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance products, and understand their issues and concerns about selling insurance • Enable partner's sales staff to promote and secure sales of insurance products to their customers by providing real-time product, marketing and technical support before, after or during the sales • Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk-in, data- mining, referrals and others

Leverage knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies to drive process improvement Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups to create comprehensive strategies and solutions Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership team. Perform root cause analysis, create corrective and preventative action plans, and creatively envision, design, and implement future state processes. Develop metrics to monitor ongoing performance measurements.
