Create and manage CVM campaigns Achieve a target of bad debt recovery including non-performing and written-off loans of the branches Follow up closely with the targeted default borrowers and conduct assessment of their condition and commitment, reason of default, and alternative source of collection Seek necessary supports from HO for solution on challenges, procedure, legal implication, court proceeding, and so on Uplift the branch efficiency in loan recovery through daily monitoring the movement of overdue portfolio and collecting activity of each account officer. The prime responsibility is to manage, supervise the Digital Operation Center Unit and to provide 2nd level supports to the customer cares in terms of digital apps, web applications used across bank, websites, ATM/POS,CDM, Card transactions and S2Biz. Below are key responsibilities in details: Supervise and manage Digital Operations Center unit with cost effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure 24/7 level 2 support shift is properly arranged. Provide level 2 supports on Sathapana Mobile, Merchant App, DSA App, Websites, Digital Payroll, S2Biz, ATM/POS/CDM, Card Transaction, … etc. Monitor critical systems and APIs to make sure connections are OK. Frequently test critical apps and systems to make sure banking functions and services are working properly. Work closely with all relevant units/departments across IT division in terms of issue escalation and get the issues fixed in timely manner. Manage document library both hardcopy and softcopy. Conduct quarterly user review on all systems within the scope. Conduct quarterly review on all changes done in production. Manage VA & Hardening within the scope. Manage and ensure Audit/Risk/Items within the scope are 100% closed. Manage and ensure all ITSM tickets are 100% assigned across DBS and are closed within the SLA. Ensure Risk Control Security Assessment (RCSA) items are updated and closed as per the timeline. Ensure test/stress test items are 100% closed. Ensure all guidelines across all units are developed, properly managed, approved and filing. Perform some other tasks assigned by head department or CTIO.
Promote Sathapana Bank’s products and services (loan and deposit) to new clients at the target and remote areas to ensure that both banking services and products are successfully sold to potential clients Meet, discuss and assist potential clients in obtaining deposit and loan information, loan application and loan disbursement process with other related information which benefit them to ensure the effective customer service and service level agreement Discuss and give recommendation to client on the different type of deposit and loans; credit options as well as the terms and conditions of Sathapana Bank’s services and products Analyze clients’ assets including financial status, credit and property to assure that the evaluation and determination feasibility of granting loans are effectively executed followed the bank policy and other both internal and external regulatory Review and verify loan agreements to ensure that they are well organized, completed and accurate according to the policies and regulatory Compute, review and update credit and loan files to ensure the payment schedule is accurately and effectively executed Pushing CASA account by existing, activation client and new to the bank Generate deposit balance growth from loan customer especially business loan Build a very good relationship and keep in touch with both the existing and the newest potential clients.
Prepare a personal action plan covering all responsibilities of this position. Formulate loan arrears and write-off collection plans for the whole organization. Review and set out the details of monthly actions plan and target of WO recoveries down to all the concerned Loan Collection Officer and Loan Recovery Officer and whole team. Formulate effective and efficient channels of recovery, accessible from the branch offices. Coordinate the effective recovery of delinquent loans and write off loans. Implement an effective and efficient with some procedure/process that properly addresses in the Credit Manual. Manage loan default by undertaking daily to monthly analysis and reporting issues/exceptions/severity to Head, Credit Control and Collection and Chief Credit Officer. Work with the Regional Manager and BM/RMS to define the reason behind non-repayment and to extent prevention strategies. Deal with legal proceedings (prepare Complaint file and role as plaintiff to the court). Deal with late clients, local authority, and police in any case. Coordinate/arrange/approve the schedule of plan request of his/her subordinate. Identify annual training courses on bad debt collection for branch staff and mobile loan recovery team. Other tasks or overtime required by supervisor/manager if needed.

Manage all income and expense transactions by reviewing strictly and authorizing all sufficient support documents of transactions possess, and ensure that all accounting documents are always ready for internal and external check with all transactions are recorded into the right accounting code when generating reports are required. Grow loan and deposit (either lending-related or non-lending-related) within customer segment focus and business strategy. Grow CASA and improve CASA ratio for lowering funding cost. Grow revenue – an interest income and a non-interest income (which is included with both loan related fee income and fee-based income). Grow customer base from new to bank (NTB) and strengthen relationships with existing customers (ETB) for maximizing overall relationship value and business referrals.
