The Manager, Operation Admin designs and leads World Pop Travel and Tour Group Co., Ltd. end-to-end execution of the following programs to ensure the organization’s requirements and expectations are met:

  • Operation & Admin tour management
  • Costs management
  • Finance analysis performance

JOB SCOPE
(Both location and responsibilities)

  • This role involves close collaboration with the Operations Team to manage COGS and payables, optimize business processes, analyse team performance, and support planning and budgeting activities. The manager also ensures alignment with company policies and provides actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leads and oversees all activities of Operation Admin team in ensuring proper execution of company plan to deliver objectives
  • Support Operation team in Supplier Management Best Practice
  • Ensure departmental compliance with internal company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), related regulations, and requirements; actively promote awareness and adherence.
  • Works closely with Operation Team and control Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), supporting financial accuracy and cost control.
  • Facilitate, review, design, and implement effective business processes for cost management &operation efficiency
  • Prepares regular cost performance report for managements
  • Conduct business and performance analysis across all tour projects and operations; identify variances, recommend corrective actions, and propose new initiatives for cost efficiency and revenue improvement.
  • Support departmental planning and budgeting processes, aligning financial goals with operational priorities.
  • To perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, preferably Tourism and Hospitality Management or related fileds.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, with 3 years in management roles.

MS Office and Software

  • Possess good computer skills, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports,proposals and recommendations.

Other Skills

  • Strong knowledge of operations, including budgeting, cost management, COGS tracking, and solid understanding of internal controls, compliance, and regulations related to business operations.
  • Effective in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, be result and detail oriented, be self-starter, be proactive, going beyond the call of duty, be a person of high integrity, be comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting, has an ability to learn and adapt quickly, has exceptionally good problem-solving, selling and negotiation skills, be an outspoken and comfortable in dealing with major clients.
  • Exceptionally good communication skill, portraying an ability to influence a cross-functional teamsand senior leadership teams as well as stakeholders in a unified direction and with common vision.
