  • Insights for Loan Programs:
  • Provide regular performance insights for 10+ loan programs.
  • Identify key trends and areas of improvement to support strategic decision-making
  • Output-Driven Analytics:
  • Generate actionable analytics to increase loan uptake and improve portfolio performance.
  • Ensure insights align with organizational goals and KPIs.
  • Recommendations for Leadership:
  • Furnish data-backed recommendations for the Senior Manager Planning and Pricing, Head of Planning & Product Analytics, and Head of Digital Lending.
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner to aid decision-making.
  • Dashboard Creation and Monitoring:
  • Develop customized dashboards for daily monitoring of loan program performance.
  • Provide tools and visualizations for Digital Lending product managers to track and optimize product performance
  • Sub-Segment Identification:
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to identify sub-segments within the customer base.
  • Propose strategies to increase product penetration in identified segments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in analytics or a similar role, preferably in banking or fintech.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and dashboard creation tools
  • Strong understanding of lending products and customer segmentation.
