Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Promote products directly to consumers at POS through sampling and engagement to increase product trial and drive sales conversion.
Standby at assigned outlets within the target set to support sales execution and strengthen brand visibility.
Set up and maintain POSM and branding in outlets so that brand presence is consistent and attractive to consumers.
Distribute premiums, giveaways, and promotional materials to boost consumer engagement and encourage repeat purchases.
Collect consumer feedback, outlet response, and competitor information so that the marketing team can refine strategies and improve performance.
Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently at every activation to maintain a unified and professional brand image.
Provide post-activation reports with photos, results, and key learnings so that management can evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

Job Requirements

Education:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree (Year 1 or above) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experiences:
- 1 years in product promotions, POS execution, or brand activation.
Skills and knowledge:
- Outgoing and confident in engaging consumers.
- Energetic, proactive, and reliable.
- Flexible and willing to travel or work extended hours during activations (nationwide).
