Job Description

  • Store Operations Management
  • Supervise daily operations of retail stores and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure all stores comply with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
  • Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and store appearance standards.
  • Sales & Performance Management
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve company sales targets.
  • Analyze sales reports and operational KPIs.
  • Develop action plans to improve store productivity and profitability.
  • Control operational costs and reduce unnecessary expenses.
  • Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and retail staff.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations.
  • Support recruitment, training, and staff development.
  • Ensure proper manpower planning and scheduling.
  • Inventory & Stock Control
  • Monitor stock availability and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
  • Reduce stock loss, damages, and shrinkage.
  • Ensure proper stock replenishment and product rotation.
  • Customer Service
  • Ensure excellent customer service experience across all stores.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports for management review.
  • Conduct regular store audits and inspections.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stores.
