I. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to OM, BM undertakes:
- Playing an important role in the operation of the brand's Operation Management group.
- C2 Responsible for developing and maintaining the management team and sales staff with human resource management skills (emotional contract).
-Responsible for brand development, achieving KPI goals & brand management's expectations of sales
-Clearly communicate the brand's goals, plans, expectations in terms of operating standards, customer service, performance, and take responsibility for ensuring results for the area under its management.
-Manage and take responsibility for goods in the system that the brand delineates.
-Assisting the Operation Manager in implementing the event including logistics preparation, accounting, etc.
-Research and analyze trends and behaviors of customers and consumers to have effective sales strategies.
-Promote the VISION – MISSION – CORE VALUES – POLICIES of the company – brand in management.

III. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Sales:
- Follow the assigned sales plan.
-Implement effective resource (human & material) plans to ensure that the stores in charge meet the sales level set by the Company.
-Analyze revenue through daily/weekly/monthly/yearly sales reports and make changes to sales plans/strategies as needed to improve the business situation.
2. Product:
- Responsible for inventory, turnover of goods as well as loss and theft at the stores in charge.
-Implement measures to prevent and minimize external and internal theft of goods.
-Implement and manage subordinate employees to strictly comply with all regulations on display of cave goods.
-Check the ranking list daily and weekly.
-Ensure all products in the sales area are displayed according to regulations and have all the necessary things such as price list, origin, alarm equipment, etc. to be ready to sell to customers.
-Make sure to organize your inventory neatly in order (ref/size/color).
-Store the goods in the best conditions, especially not allowing the goods to fall (accidentally or intentionally) to the ground.
-Perform buying analysis and propose extra orders.
-Report to Brand Manager which items are selling well and not selling.
3. Employee Management:
❖ Internal:
- Train and disseminate to all employees about new products, effective sales skills, product display instructions, customer care skills, etc. according to the company's requirements.
- Check and arrange weekly work schedules for employees.
-Instruct and explain to employees the importance of customer service.
-Clearly disseminate to sales staff the policies and working procedures related to store operations.
❖ Exterior:
- Always ensure the best quality customer service at the store system.
- Ensure to immediately resolve customer feedback and complaints.
-Carry out direct marketing activities such as phone calls and actively invite customers to the store to visit, shop, etc.
-Collect customer data and develop loyal customers.
4. Building a brand image:
- Ensure that stores are always clean, arranged according to standards and displayed according to regulations during the opening period. Do not leave the laptop on the cashier counter.
-Check and replenish the necessary items for sales for stores.
-Daily inspection of furniture and fixtures (lamps, machines, equipment, shelves, etc.) in the store, if there is any equipment that does not meet the standard, it must be immediately notified to the relevant parts for replacement or repair.
-Ensure that the general hygiene of the store is always clean from the shelves, floors, ceilings to the storefront...
-Train display staff and replace windows every 2 weeks according to the company's instructions.
-Regularly inspect and request the relevant department to carry out the defect within the permitted period of 2 weeks. For stores as far have to go on business trips to check and remind (if any) every month.
-The main responsibility is if after the Board of Directors / Principal goes to check and has reminded many times that the image of the brand is not up to standard.

- Complete all report forms as required by the brand manager on time.
-Report directly to Brand Management.
-Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
6. Visual Merchandise:
-Translate & train, share all knowledge about trends or products from the main file to all employees in the team with OM/BM...
-SOH management of VM props / Quarterly VM Props Order Plan / Periodic Inventory.
-Closely coordinate with MKT Team to build Brand Identity and Brand Image.
-Understand VM instructions in English and translate into Cambodia; Ensure the standards that regulate goods in accordance with the brand image.
-Able to move between the head office and branches and may have to work at night and on weekends as assigned by the VM supervisor/VM Team Leader.
-Read and think about good data and commodity business data to have an effective Merchandise display plan.
