Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee daily retail operations, covering both sales activities and after-sales services.

  • Ensure the operations team consistently adheres to Retailer CI requirements, including staff presentation, customer facilitation, security measures, task assignments, and vehicle inspection procedures.

  • Collaborate with the logistics department to make sure vehicles are transported safely and delivered to the showroom on schedule.

  • Provide immediate assistance to customers when vehicles experience breakdowns during transit.

  • Manage and file insurance claims for any incidents involving transported or demonstration vehicles.

  • Evaluate and forward vehicle homologation documents to the ISC for approval.

  • Deliver regular and timely updates to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operation, or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in automotive operations or dealership environment.

  • Good understanding of vehicle logistics, showroom operations, and after-sales processes.

  • Familiar with Retailer CI standards and basic regulatory/homologation procedures.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and support an operations team.
