The Boutique Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the store, leading
the sales team, driving commercial performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer
experience in a fast-paced and highly secure international airport environment.
Team Leadership & Staff Coordination
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team in line with brand standards and company
policies.
• Organize work schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Onboard and train new team members (sales techniques, procedures, security rules,
etc.).
• Act as the operational link between the sales team and the Store Manager.
Sales Performance Monitoring
• Monitor daily sales, average basket size, and conversion rate.
• Support the achievement of individual and collective sales targets.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest action plans to improve results.
• Share market and customer feedback with management.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
• Ensure every customer receives a warm, personalized, and professional service.
• Manage difficult situations or customer complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to support and guide the team.
Cash Operations & Compliance
• Supervise cash handling, refunds, and exceptional transactions.
• Ensure compliance with duty-free, VAT refund, and foreign exchange procedures.
• Enforce airport security and safety regulations (badge access, conduct, restricted areas).
Merchandising & Stock Management
• Oversee product replenishment, visual merchandising, and correct product display.
• Support inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and visually aligned with brand guidelines.
